Before I used this oil I was hooked to Garnier sleek &shine.Its on the same level but this oil along with the other Whale Sperm product work so well together I had to switch.I use it on my hair whenever I finish wash/blowdry/flatiron OR right before I wrap it at night(once or twice a week Max.)Just alittle is all it takes & the next day its awesome shine & smell,not too oily & better then a salon.

Nice pre-poo, gives hair body and shine

Okay..so I had a hard time believing that anything with Whale Sperm would be conducive to my hair, but I had heard so much about this product, I broke down in an impulsive shopping moment and purchased it and I'm glad that I did. First of all this oil smells heavenly, unlike anything I have smelled in an oil. The closest fragrance to it I can think of is maybe gardenias. What I did is mixed in my deep conditioner and used it as a pre poo mix, and the results were stellar. We are talking high voltage shine with this product roundbrushers. My hair is shiny like glass and I am not going overboard either! This product is a must have for me now. If you can get past the title of it, you will not regret using it.

I am African-American and I have dry, relaxed hair and after applying this product it was full of moisture and shine. Every strand fell right into place. I love it!!!!!

At first I heard whale sperm? I had my doubts but now I don't think I can live without it. Its light and pleasant.
