I always knew that Sole and Cinnamon Oil aids in hair growth and being that the nape of my hair had broken off terribly this winter(darn scarfs!), I just had to pick this up. First of all, let me just advise you that this is a tingling, no nosense oil and you should only apply to the areas that you need it in. I apply it directly to my scalp, the nape of my hair that has broken off and my edges that I wish to maintain. I do it over night and I massage my scalp very well to get it stimulated. The smell of this is intense, but it doesn't linger once you cleanse your hair. Overall, this is a must have for those who hair has been damaged during the winter months.

I used this today and I am extremely pleased! A new product for my daily regimen for sure.
