I got this in the mail yesterday with the shampoo. How my hair is relaxed the shampoo made it kinky and tangled but the conditioner i believe came to my rescue lol. After i use it it helped untangled it some and then i roller set my hair and sat under the dryer and my hair came out with volume and bounce and it felt good and smells good. but i tried coming threw the kinky part and it messed it up :-( so i had to use hair serum and a blow dryer to get the kinky out and now there is no more volume or bounce but....my hair dose look good like i just got a nice perm but my ends are still rough lol. but over all i liked it i just wish the shampoo was better

This did nothing- I mean NOTHING for my relaxed 4a hair. No slip, no softness, no shine, no body, no bounce, no nothing. But it DID work wonderfully for my dh's natural (and super picky) 4z hair. His hair was so combable and soft after rinsing, and that almost never happens! So I give it 1 star and dh gives it 5, which averages out to about 3 :-)

This conditioner works so well, I love the smell(sort of like baby powder or lotion). It made my hair so soft and the slips were amazing. My hair's texture is so much better!
