I have relaxed hair. I ran out of my Razac Perfect for Perms creme and decided to use this. Boy am I glad I did. This stuff has a harder texture but melts with your body temperature and absorbs in the hair shaft quite readily. It leaves my hair soft, shiny and frizz free, even in humid weather. You only need a little bit and the scent is pretty too. This is a keeper. The jar will last quite a long time.

This stuff is pretty good, I thought that it was going to be orange and smell like carrots, but it actually has a light scent that wears off once it is on. It gives your hair a real glossy finish and makes the texture soft. It seems like it is thick but it is actually lighter than the Brillantina. I would recommend to use this during the first stages of the relaxer since it will not weigh your hair down and the brillantina on the edges or for twists

I was not as pleased as I hoped. The cream is heavy and and has a odd smell. When i first put it on my husband asked me if i had just pumped gas because the odor of the cream was on my neck. Not a winner perfect for perms is better.
